Fees


Division 7 operating budget is supported by Annual Dues Assessments which covers the maintenance, landscaping and general expenses of our Association. The amount of Assessments per unit varies according to the square footage of each unit. Every annual operating budget is approved by the owners and that determines the Annual Dues Assessment.

The Tile and Composite Roof Reserves are supported by Annual Roof Assessments paid each year.  

Additionally, owners in Division 7 are members of the SunLand Owners Association (SLOA), which covers all residences and condos in Sunland. The dues for SLOA is annual and is determined by SLOA’s Board of Directors, not Division 7.
