Residences on Hilltop Drive in SunLand are part of the SunLand Condominium Owners’ Association Division 7, as well as the SunLand Owners’ Association (SLOA). Accordingly, owners on Hilltop Drive are subject to the governing documents, rules and regulations of both organizations.
If you enjoy golfing, swimming, tennis, walking/hiking, pickle ball, or visiting with the friendly folks on Hilltop Drive, you are in the right place. If you like being involved with the business of the Association, contact an elected member of the Board of Directors to inquire about serving on one of our standing committees. You will find their names and phone numbers listed elsewhere on the website.
